In this beginners guide video I'll give you a brief introduction to the popular Arma 3 Antistasi Mod, a dynamic campaign that can be player multipler co-op, or as in this example, solo single-player.
I cover how to start the mod on a locally hosted server, the how to edit the basic game parameters, then what the HQ structures do - how to get missions, how to buy cars, how to put vehicles in the garage, how to recruit soldiers, how to save the game, how to store & equip weapons, and how to move those structures.

Absolutely love this mod. The replayability is endless and you NEVER know what is going to happen in a fight. You have to adapt to the situation you're in.

as someone who havent played Arma3 much, maybe 30h, this made me install it and start playing it. Its cool and the fact that its made by modders, it make it awesome. Graphics are nowhere near to Arma Reforger but content is epic.

Great video explaining how to setup an antistasi mode. You have my subscription good sir. Could you also do a tips video for single player? Trying Guerrilla warfare solo with ai is very difficult I imagine.

It is not allowing me to save. I am using Antistasi Ultimate, if that makes a difference. When I approach Petros and hit Y-key or SPACE he doesn't give me missions. When I approach the Map Board, nothing happens with Y-key or SPACE. Approaching the Flag does nothing.

I put an mg inside my cargo truck and broke the simulation and caused the truck to disappear with all of my stuff (a true arma moment)

after looking at all these antitasi videos, I come to the conclusion that the concept is still a bit underbaked for my liking. for example I'd rather it be a game where you are doing a mundane job like plastering a wall then someone hands you a note and 16 hours later at 3am you wake up early, leave your house on foot, you meet under a bridge where you a handed a weapon and you trundle through the dark to outside the local brothel and when the security officer steps outside, he is popped off and you leave a note on his remains. so basically most of the game is you selling fruit on the market, fixing car radios, working as a school teacher, office worker and then you get ordered to drop everything and something.

antistasi is pronounced antEEE-staseee = resistance in greek. i know no one cares rly but perhaps someone is interested in the correct pronounciation of that word.

Yeh thats right. Occ stands for occupants, which is the technical title in the mod for the government :)

For people not aware, you need to be friends with the admins to be able to use most guns, otherwise you're stuck using the scrap in the open community servers. Super duper dumb. It's their version of monetizing players
