Difficult to say ITP only on platelet counts. Need to look at other things like patient symptoms, hb , wbc counts etc. what medication is she on ? usually itp takes 1 to 2 weeks for response to set in.

Don't worry , you seem to have safe platelet count. Can be fatal for those with platelets less than 10k. Keep on monitoring once in 3 months for atleast a year. You will need treatment once platelets drop less than 30k. Usuly Itp doesn't lead to other health problems. Pls make an online consultation or visit in person for further info.

90k plt is safe for vaccination. But before vaccination it important to review medications you are using. What medication are you using now and Did you receive Rituximab recently ?

Steroids are not safe drugs especially for long term use. probably your child has those unwanted sideeffects of steroids.
