I traded out soft drinks for my homemade kombucha. Less sugar, no mystery ingredients and I've stopped needing a tums before bed. That's a win in my book.
I'd agree with @ Leon Smuk. Please, I was given a culture but do not know how to treat it for consumption. (I am 80 and my wife 72 and I think we may benefit from it.)
was the "How to make it"-part cut from the video? I'd like to know more... like, is it just tea and sugar? where does the scobi come from (do I have to buy the bacteria?) and how long does it take to ferment?
