MINDFUL EATING FACILITATES PLANNED EATING
.
1. Be non-judgmental: Be mindful not judgmental, because there are different types of occasions and eating experiences.
2. Gratitude: Gratitude for food and its source improves the overall eating experience.
3. Engage all senses: Notice the sound, colour, smell, taste, and texture of the food and observe your feeling.
4. Serve a small portion: Take more helping only as required to avoid wasting or over-eating (to avoid that wastage).
5. Eat slowly: Take small bites, chew and relish it.
6. Don’t skip meals: Skipping meals make you eat quickly and with greed later and may also make over eat to compensate the long gap.

Think when you don’t like to hang around with cheaters or people you don’t like, how would your body react to something that the mind considers as a cheat. It for sure would rebel in the form of bloating, acidity and guilt later. So be mindful and eat planned meals.
