In my society maintenance charge taken for rented owner are double in Ahmedabad. We h v not agreed with this. We h v opposing but they deney to reduce as they will take higher as majority decided. In future if they will decided with majority that three times or four time. It is legally ok, even though decided in meeting. Can we put complain infront of registar office

Sir, can you please advise on below: Society is not allowed to visitor car inside the society permises, society does not have allocated car parking, all the parking are general parking, Even the guest is staying for 2 to 3 days they are not allowed, is it fair, what are the rules for the same.

Sir my bldg (mumbai ) is on common plot of 15 societies (Total 25 Bldg) my society (3 bldg) is going for redevelopment and we have separate conveyance can we go for individual redevelopment by subdividing plot or any other way ? all societies have separate conveyance but common property card .
