Hi want to check. If CC expired, and builder not renewed Cc then what happened ? Building 80% work done. Is it good to invest in this property? How it affects to your OC and possessions? Pls do let us know ur view.

Hello Sir ji, I have recently purchased a flat in Mumbai, builder is demanding extra ₹1,21,746 in the final possession demand letter ! - Society charges 18% gst : ₹66,240 - Interest charges : ₹55,506 Why should we pay this, if it's exceeding the agreed all inclusive amount of the flat !! Or Do we have to pay extra amount then the agreed one(all in. Cost) ?? Kindly guide me on this

If the project has buildings being done in phases, and builder gives possession to Phase 1 building while Phase 2 is still under construction and amenities are pending, should we take possession of Phase 1 building?

If building has received the OC then there is no meaning to wait for amenities or phase 2.

helo sir my plot is in punjab, and mene registery plot ki 2018 ma krvali thi....uss tym registery, farad, niklvali thi byt possession letter k bare m pta nahi tha....naa builders ne bataya...ab mne vaha boundry wall krvana ha to vo bolre ha ki NOC lekr ao..Jb head ofc gya unke ab vo bolre ha apki trf se IFMS charges nd maintaince charges due ha vo pay kro....and NOC he letter of possession hoti ha..pls guide

Sir.... Maine new row flat liya hain.... andar ka sud interior main hi banane wala hu... to main ne leaving room me 2 step banaya hain. Daining area ke liye... lekin ab builder bol raha hain ki OC ke khilab hain.. kya ye sahi hain???
