My Grandparents went around Probate by doing a trust. Upon death, all estate goes to their 2 sons, and those things have also already been legally decided in the trust as well.
If you don’t have the 3,000.00 to 5,000.00 for the lawyer holding the diocese will , property and the inheritance will cover (all )plus can you start the processing with the courts and IOU that 6months to 12 months ???
