Parvez Muqtar BV gram ya quantity khe upar based nahi hai. It's just in general. Agar 2 grams fish kaya to usme be 20 grams 80 BV aur 200 grams Mai be 80 BV. Vo digest hone ka speed hai,nahi protein ya carbs,jo quality khe upar depend hai

@@namankumar5684 Yes, it helps 100 grams of soya chunks have 52 grams of protein. But avoid consuming soy chunks in excess quantity. The presence of phytoestrogens can be harmful in some instances. It may lead to health problems like hormonal imbalance, thyroid imbalance, and higher uric acid levels in the body. The recommended serving of soy chunks is around 50 grams per day. * i guess nobody eats soy chunks every single day.

A normal person (who does not work out or exercise) - needed of protein in a day(g) = his body is weight A person (who does work out or exercise) - needed protein in a day(g) = his body weight × 1.5 A person ( who does hardcore workout) - needed protein in a day (g) = his body weight × 2
