Bro what happens if I have some shares of a company and after 1 month the company announce record date for buyback but I dont want to take part in buyback and I cant even sell the share because they are at lower price from my invested price , then what should a person do ( take part in buyback or sell the share and buy after the record date) ??

Sir what if I hold share on record date and sell them after that day and when the company announce for buy application then re buy and apply. So will I get the buy amount, here I will keep the same quantity of share. For eg I had 30 share on record date after 2 or 3 days I sell them all when buy back announcements from the company side buy again same 30 and apply.... please reply
