Yum yum sauce does not have ketchup. It’s mayo, half & half, a lot of butter, water and then some seasonings. They put red dye in it to make the color

Problem with ranch is once you have a good ranch, the rest are ruined. Can’t say the same about a Buffalo sauce, they all end up blending together because it’s mainly just slight heat.
