Wow your amazing. I love how that you are so educated in so many subjects concerning the bible. It's hard to find someone that you can learn so much from. I have learned alot from your channel. We are still doing better but still desire your prayers. God bless your ministry of love!
Another excellent video! For modern critics of modern text criticism, the qualities required for textual authenticity are: 1) Number (quantity of manuscripts and readings) 2) Variety (the geographical distribution of the readings) 3) Continuity (canonicity and acceptance by the Christian Church throughout the ages) 4) Reasonableness 5) Context 6) Antiquity 7) Content. When all these factors are considered, Codex B and Codex Aleph, on which almost all modern Bible versions are based, fulfill only one of these seven qualities (#6). The much-maligned Johannine Comma fulfills four of these qualities, # 3, 4, 5, 6 and 7. However, if 250 AD is regarded as "antiquity" then it fulfills this also. It should also be noted that the Bible itself nowhere states that the Greek must always be primary and Latin always be secondary. To always accept the Greek reading over the Latin reading is axiomatic, and if one accepts such readings as Acts 8:37 and I John 5:7, then in these instances at least, for the TR the Latin witness trumps the Greek witness.
Recently learned that the Church of England was DOCTRINELY the SAME as the Catholic, so it made politicially correct sense for them to use the word "Church" that WASN'T in the greek, that way they would line up with the acceptable used word as the Catholics, Wiclift translated from Catholic Latin & used Church, Tyndall who translated directly from the greek used Congregation. Thus MOST historicially when they read or use "Church" it designates WHERE to GO, biblicially as Tyndal translated it would mean the individuals.

@@NewLifeOfAlbanyGa The following article makes an excellent case for use of the Byzantine text. byzantinetext.com/wp-content/uploads/2016/11/editions-rp-11-appendix.pdf
There are 3 or 4 editions of the Majority Text and there are SEVERAL editions and revisions of the "Received Text" ( i.e. "TR"). 500 languages? What is odd is that- the "errors" that were said to be in Tyndale's translation of the New Testament are now ACCEPTED in the Catholic Bible ( NAB) of today. I have seen what the Wycliffe Bible looked like ( writing-wise), and it is just scribble nonsense. BUT if you get a copy with MORDERN lettering- even with the OLD spelling- it is a VERY readable Bible translation. Some people are willing to admit to translational mistakes..... others are not.
Why some have problems with Reasoned eclecticism. I John 5:7 is found in a majority of the Latin, but not the Greek so out it goes. Good will towards men Doxology in Matthew Without cause God manifest in the flesh Are a majority in the Greek but not in the Latin, so out they go The PA and Mark 16:9-20 are a majority in both the Greek and Latin so out they go. Even the “not yet” found in the two of the earliest(P66.P75) in John 7:8 some throw out. If as an orthodox Christian you don't see a problem, what would you see as a problem?
I noticed that you have the NIV on your desk that is as thick as an encyclopaedia. Are you an NIV believer of that text? That is a very bad transliteration of the manuscripts that it cam from.
Hi Mr.Steve. Could you tell me where I could get A sheet of paper or a book that tells you the archaic words for the King James Bible? Thank you so much for ur help...🙏✅
One thing about the TR is that it emphasizes the biblical and ancient practice of Isopsephy or what we commonly know as Gematria. Which is the simple method of allocating numbers to letters to form mathematical equations in any given language. We can see this very evidently in Revelation 7:4 with the number 144,000 being described as ρμδ to write out 144,000 instead of what many modern Greek NT's put instead is ἑκατὸν τεσσεράκοντα τέσσαρες χιλιάδες and completely getting rid of the original text. This comes from a viewpoint of belief that Greek Isopsephy and Hebrew Gematria is some sort of "kballah" or some other weird nonsense which has nothing to do with Gematria/Isopsephy. The "Scholars" of so called "Higher and Textual Criticism" have completely erased a biblical doctrine and ancient practice in the process.
