आपने बताएहै ए सब गलत बताएहै हां उतरा खंड सीकीम बेहार गोरखपूर नेपालका हीससा बताए ए सही है नेपाल का है लेकीन लीपूलेख लीपीया धूरा काला पानी का हीससा 1816,सूगौली सनदी से 1962,तक नेपाल का ही था जब भारत चाइना यूदद हूवा तो भारत के सयोग के लीय मीलटरी कयाप के लीय नेपालने 16,जगहौ पर सो कीर्ती दी थी 15,केमप तो हटे कालापानी मे जो लीपूलेख लीपूया धूरा सहीत कब्जा कर लिया कमप नही हटाए गय सही बात एहीहै

Nepal is a small peace loving country. It has no interest to occupy its neighbours land but what belongs to Nepal should belong to Nepal. Until 1962, Nepal used to collect tax from those areas of Kalapani, Lipulekh, and Limpiyadhura. During the war between India and China in 1962, Indian government requested Nepal to allow Indian armies to use those lands because strategically those areas provide advantages to Indian armies to control the Chinese soldiers. The war ended but India did not withdraw it's armies from those areas despite several requests by Nepal. Later India started claiming those lands as their own. Since then the dispute started between Nepal and India.

GURKHAS is not just the percentage or only the moneytory issue. Most importantly the GURKHAS is issue is about the "STATUS" dignity identity and "Sovereign and Sovereignty of our only beautiful Sovereign Himalayan Kingdom of Nepal" Illegal occupation of 66 thousand hectre land from East to West of Nepal. During the British raj in India. Nepal is a Sovereign county never been colonised by the British. We do not want our only beautiful Sovereign Himalayan Kingdom of Nepal. To become another battle ground for the vested interest of the American and it's greatest poodle UK. It is very unfortunate and very sad to say that India is still following in the same foot steps of their British colonial master. And blocked 4 times on basic food, medicine etc. British used the GURKHAS and Seikh soldiers,to kill, thousand of innocent unarmed civilian, during the 1857 Indian mutiny. British provided free British passport to Seikh soldiers. But been bias on the Gurkha issues'. British used the GURKHAS during the two bloody major and other conflict and when the war ended send them empty hand and bare feet back to Nepal. British government have still not stopped illegal mining cheap raw materials the GURKHAS from the foot hills of Nepal. Continue dehumanizing, alienation exploitation ignorance scandal and great betrayal by the UK government. Against the British Gurkha soldiers and their families from Nepal. Still facing family separation and barred from the basic voting and human rights abuses'. Pre July 97 British GURKHAS pension are still paid according to the Indian pay code. British government used the GURKHAS as an diplomacy currency in the international market and collected a huge revenue from the respected Malaysian Singapore Hong Kong and now from the oil rich state of Brunei. Paid 1% to GURKHAS and 99% to the British coffer. Now the GURKHAS are in verge of becoming LIMBO and ILLUSION in the 21st century. No justice no peace! No justice no vote! Jab India independence huwa tab British walo ne Nepal ka jo part thah uspe India Government ko rulling right to nahi diya thah. Easth India Inda company ne to Nepal ka part vi independent kar diya thah. To aaja Nepal ka part pe Inida kaise rule kar sakthe hai. Ye to sirf apna power use karrahe hai na. Reality me oo part to India ka na lavi thah na hai. Sirf manmaani or jabarjasti ho raha hai. Kya ye injustice nahi hai aur Nepal ko justice nahi milna chahiye.

जो लोग कह रहे कि सुगौली संधि नेपाल और ब्रिटिश के साथ हुआ भरत के साथ नहीं। भारत की सीमा ब्रिटिश भारत के सीमाओं द्वारा निर्धारित होता है। जो उनकी सीमा थी वही हमारी सीमा भी है। कुछ क्षेत्र पुरी तरह से ब्रिटिश नियंत्रण थे जबकि कुछ देशी रियासतों के अंदर I 1947 में जो ब्रिटिश एरिया था वो इंडिया का और जो नेपाल का था वो नेपालियों का। 1947 से पहले की बात करोगे तो नेपाल पर कभी मौर्य साम्राज्य का आधिपत्य था। चोलों का पूरे थाईलैंड मलेशिया, इंडोनेशिया, लाओस, कबोडिया पर हिस्सा था । इसका मतलब ये नहीं की हम उनको अपने map पर दिखा दें

@@PriyansW It was not given by Nepal. It was disputed territory and Nepal allowed India to enter it. This is strategically important to us that's why we are still there. Since it is also claimed by India, nothing wrong in it. Nepal want politics not solution. We gave our big landmass to Bangladesh for border solution in 2017. We gave kacchativu island to srilanka , Coco island to Myanmar for good relations. Youare doing bad politics nothing else

Article 8 of Indo-Nepal treaty 1950 has canceled all previous agreement between britist-india and Nepal that means cancelation of sugauli treaty of 1816 too. On this regard the 60000 sq km of land is ION(India occupied Nepal). The land belong to Nepal just return it back before issue escalation and reach to International court of justice. Indian government must accept the EPG report why so hesitation by modiji and BJP government?

The real source of Kalapani is Limpiyadhura, but the Indian army has illegally occupied Nepal's land by building a small hillock Kalimandir that flows downstream and calling it the source of Kalapani. Indian intellectuals also know very well that Kalapani belongs to Nepal, Nepal has the entire proof that the people who voted there have paid taxes to the Nepalese government. It is only that India does not want to encroach on the territory of Nepal due to the border of three strategically important countries.
