Thank you Naeem Sb for enlightening us with your answer to a very difficult and complex question. You have in a very tactful manner alluded to the essence of life which partly is determined by the end itself of the phenomenon we call life. I my very humble opinion life is nothing but the shear privilege of being a creation, conceived, designed, sculpted, perfected and then sustained and nourished exclusively by Allah The Hayyie and Qayyum. Our lives are just a creative journey which begins with our birth and ends with our death and each smallest possible unit of time between these two points is the persistent non-stop creativity of the Almighty underpinned by all our thoughts and actions that we undertake in our time. The end product of this creative journey is what we carry into our eternal abode. To me the real essence is the ultimate privilege that my Creator gave me an existence as his creation and sustained me for a preordained time period. This is enough of a reason for me to be grateful to my Lord with every breath that i take.
