We have a 2008 KIA Sorento EX that has 281,000 miles on it (still runs great). Have changed out the gas cap, several times, due to gasket failure causing a check engine light to come on. It is back on again... EVAP has been changed out several times. Hoses seem find and have been tested for leaks. The only this that is original is not listed as changed. Help as to fix current check engine light as to testing what now has failed?
I have a 2010 Avalanche and occasionally what I belive is the evap system there is something that runs for about 3 or 4 seconds and sounds like a small air compressor is this part of the evap ? Thanks
i had 60k car they not fix this probem year and 8 mouths past nissian had by it back why they could note replace the part becuase they not get it, but yeat i found one on ebay and they refuse install it oem and all they refuse use this , you know it taken a nissian engener to come out after 5000.00 was spent on parts never needed replaced. to find out where probem was only to find out they not fix it and u know what they clame was mettle tube leaking these things can be repaired in shop, they did not want reapir it that wasent even a option,
