Great video! The story about the heart doctor was really moving - it's rare to hear customer service stories like that anymore, especially with airline brands. And did you notice that the phrase "customer service" was never mentioned throughout the entire video? But that idea still came across, with no actual mention to it. Great job.

The brand is more alive. I dislike flying British Airways due to the somewhat dysfunctional cabin staff. I always fly through Helsinki dispute the detour from LHR but do, just because of the service they provide. Finnair rocks. Your brand values are inspirational to all. :)

We will be travelling to Copenhagen via Helsinki in a few months.....because of our FINNAIR experience in late 0216...very pleasant indeed....but possibly a little overstaffed with local crew, who did try to start a meal service the moment the seatbelt signs went off....but still such a good experience (for these times) that indeed I am looking forward to flying with FINNAIR again..shame you don't bring your own metal all the way to Australia, then I could avoid QF / CX entirely!

I think the national airline is best reflects the spirit of the country whose flag it flies. Finnair best proof of this, is the best display of the style and spirit of Finland. It's the safest airline companies in the world, the most ecological, most dynamic, the most fashionable and also having the tradition and heritage in the world aviation. I think they're on the right way, as well as a Finland:)

This is funny, 'cause I'm mainly forced to fly with Finnair ( cause i'm finnish and most of the routes are operated by finnair ) and I could say 50% of the flight attendants don't smile when they're working. And now this video shows that Finnair is the "smiling" company. I must also say that there are lots of great ones who really makes us passengers smile, but as said, there's too much those who look like just eaten a lemon. Smile doesn't cost anything, but it sure makes profit.

Much better managed..and Finnair has discovered the Asian routes and expanding them for nordic businessmen so that they can fly non-stop instead of travelling to London or Frankfurt.
