👇 The 3 Fundamentals of Neuro-Linguistic Programming 👇
mindtitans.com/3-nlp-fundamen...
From all the NLP techniques out there, there's only one type of technique or "strategy" that I think needs to be learned above and beyond any other.
At first, we can divide Neuro linguistic programming techniques into two main categories:
- Language
- Mental enchancement
This videos will clarify which of those two you need to prioritize, and how the develop the best NLP strategy to reach any goal you have when using those techniques.

Wow now I know how powerful anchors are I had problems triggering states because I was just using one channel now I know you have to overlap the modalities

good stuff man, thanks for simplifying it for me. NLP has always been very obscure to me. I'm unable to apply the techniques on my own because I can't even visualize what's being said (for example "submodalities")

Visualization is tricky for many people, I had another person sending an email recently about this same problem, here was my answer to him; maybe it will help you too: "One classical exercise is to lead your own visulization by specific questions. Let's say you want to visualize an imaginary room that doesn't exist (it can indeed be difficult if you're not used to it), so a good way could be to ask yourself questions like: - Which specific color are the walls? - Which objects do I see? - Are they 30cm away from me, or more 2 meters away from me? (can convert in inches and ft but you get the point, it's about measuring distance to force your brain to clarify the vision.) - Do you see anything written on any of the walls? - If there are chairs, do they look like the ones in your house/apartment or not? - if not, then what do they look like? Have you seen any other chair similar to these ones? By leading your mind with questions that imply comparative statements (more than, taller than, shorter than, fewer than, bigger than, etc.) It makes it easier for your brain to develop that "visualization muscle," rather than only focusing on the visual system itself. (Asking questions lead your brain with the auditory system, which you may be more inclined to use for example.)"

@@mindtitans Thank you for taking the time to answer, very useful. I was talking specifically about listing the visual submodalities of belief (in order to use them to create new beliefs). For example, I have a hard time defining what are the visual submodalities of the belief "The sun is gonna rise tomorrow". It's just a very vague concept in my mind. It doesn't seem like it is attached to a clear picture in my mind. Just a vague idea of the sun rising in the sky. Am I missing something here ? Or maybe is there another effective way to create a new belief besides using the submodalities of belief ?

@@mikehome9548 "the sun coming up tommorrow" is a general example for people who may not clearly know what a belief is. If it is too abstract for you, then take specific events of your life that you know happened for sure. If you went to high school, think about the first image that pops up in your mind when you think of "I know I have been to high school". Or something like "I know I'm white, black, asian, or any ethnicity you hold for granted". Only pick things from your life that you have a definite conviction they happened or are happening right now. When it's based on yourself, it's usually easier to get clear pictures than by taking abstract concepts that may not be linked with anything particular in your personal life story.
