Bring all veteran drivers back, turn Tanooki Mario and Cat Peach into alts and add the Item Box as a random secret character like the Iron Checkpoint Crate from CTR Nitro-Fueled

@@shottyflo an npc from the galaxy games. Has the most ANNOYING missions tied to it (specifically the one where you have to destroy shit with a really strict time limit.) It’s, like, a funky little robot and they come in different colors.
