They wouldn't know an ethic if it slapped them in the face; or maybe; as it is the M.O. of the private law societies....they have given "ethics" a different meaning. They supposedly "act" as "public prosecutors" but in reality and law are private prosecutors that have no standing as they have suffered no injury; harms; or loss in their private courts-not-of-record which is OBVIOUS as Quebec is a civil law jurisdiction that HAS a civil code......and the rest of Canada is a common law jurisdiction and governance which all have no civil code and can't because they are common law jurisdictions, therefore ALL enforcement of "civil law" IS fraud; fraudulent; and a conspiracy to commit fraud. They fail repeatedly to hold cops, peace officers and agents accountable for violating the law including criminal acts of kidnapping as NO private court has the jurisdiction power or authority to fine or imprison; as they support their private minions that find and create new victims of their private courts-not-of-record by never holding them accountable.....so it is these prosecutors and court staff that ARE responsible for the level of lawlessness; corruption; and police brutality; assaults; kidnappings; and torture as all conspire to usurp the law and "due-process-of-law" which is NOT synonymous with the private and foreign law societies "due-process" that contains NO "law". Just my opinion, and like your whole appointed judges.....my "opinion" cannot be wrong.

I have a question for you and I really hope I get a answer from you. I’ve had a court case going on for 3 years right now and I have trial on may 1. I have only gotten my disclosures 3 weeks ago even tho the Alleged offence happened in 2020. As well I have constantly asked for a plea deal because I was considering changing my plea deal. The crown has never once came back with a rough idea of what he is seeking for me. On top of I was in custody for 2.5 months and asking for a bail hearing for a month and a half the crown refused to get back to my lawyer to set a date so she had to put a motion in to the judge to ask for a bail hearing. Is there anything I can do or can I bring up to the judge some of these issues I have been dealing with ?
