When Should I Consider Pleading Guilty? 

In Texas a class A misdemeanor is basically the same as the lowest level felony on other states it is serious business

What no lawyer EVER brings up is the fact that the case is a slam dunk DUI for the prosecution, and the cost of having the attorney is a MASSIVE WASTE AND UNNECESSARY financial burden. Do you all really believe that watching the DA move through 30 cases while you wait for your turn doesn’t reveal a systematic approach from said Prosecutor and the same judge when the case is unwinable? Lawyers will suck the life out of hard working people knowing all along they are only prolonging the outcome and racking up a huge legal bill.

There is no proof right

What if it was a mistake? Im currently going to trial soon and although i was manipulated into confessing i know it was a mistake that i felt so awful for even the victim hints to it being a mistake in the report. I only confessed due to immense guilt and wanting it to just end. I knew i could never commit such a crime but i was cut off at every attempt to defend my alleged actions.

@@Ftgf1111 if you gave a false confession you can recant, state your reasons, tell the truth, and hope the judge or jury believes you.

@@Ftgf1111 doesn’t matter if it’s recorded. You don’t deny making the confession. You deny that the confession is true.

@@chriscuomo9334 thank you so much sir, my attorney is extremely confident in my case but its nice to hear input from a prosecutor instead of a defense.
