You can add cooked potatoes, carrot, onion, oats, plant milk into a blender for sauce and pour over cauliflower, good old fashioned cauliflower cheese style. If you’re allowed a few soaked cashews, that makes it more creamy xx

Yes I understand! And I've heard that it is possible to gain weight eating this way if you totally overeat. Eating when hungry and stopping when full, getting in touch with our bodies is not something promoted in culture today is it? Don't be scared, but listen to your body 😊😊 satisfaction is key. I find that oil isn't so bad, and I use rapeseed oil a little bit every day. I also have some extra wheght and I trying to get rid of it. It is difficult.

I listen to the plant based medical doctors such as Dr Mcdougall, Dr Gregor, Dr Neal Barnard, Dr Colin Campbell, Dr Esselsytn.... all of these and more will explain the harm caused by oils. It isn't my personal opinion, but one I have taken from them which makes sense as oil is so heavily processed with the nutrient dense parts of the plants removed entirely. There are many thousands of articles to read on the subject, here is one nutritionstudies.org/plant-oils-are-not-a-healthy-alternative-to-saturated-fat/ I also cooked and ate plant oils until fairly recently, but the science has changed my opinion. @@WholeheartedVegan I use Olive oil like medicine I buy the most expensive imported from Italy that’s D.O.P Unfortunately I don’t have Olive groves The Mediterranean diet has been around for a long time Starches would send my blood glucose though the roof

@@antonellaprovenzano270 if you cut the fats, your blood sugar would eventually stabilize. Olive oil is fat, fat is not good for us.
