I agree with you all too about Michael having a great eye for paying attention to any such details, which is why I love watching his reactions. But I also must include that Heatah and Hustla REACTS is another great one that really pays attention to such details & noticed just the same about the sister's friend, too... Also he didn't raise the price on the gates, he originally asked for 300 mil apiece for a total of 900 but settled for 600 mil since they were planning to get rid of the gates anyway. Was just a way to get Jinho his money back as well as free up the time for Jinwoo. Everyone wins!

Just to clarify, he didn't raise the price of the gates. He said he had 3 gates for sale at 300M each. The guy asked for the price to be dropped to 200M each. 3 gates at 200M = 600M total

He did up the price to ridiculous proportions to make the reduced high price seem more like a reliever. 3 gates with 70 million equals only an income of 210, and subtracting that out of the pay for 600, the company lost 390 million in profit. It’s sippy and demand. Whoever controls the supply dictates how the gates will be sold at of they buy up and control the most seeked after gates that would make plenty of other guilds happy for their newcomers with great promises in their near future.

In Sung Jin Woo's status window you can see that his current job is nothing. Job is a gaming term that means the same as class, or your role in a party. The current hunter classes we know of are warriors, tanks, mages, healers and assassins (thanks to Kang Taeshik)

Michael, Jin-Woo said 3 C-rank gates for 300mil, but then lowered to 200mil, that's how the total came to be 600. 200+200+200. He didn't raise it, he actually lowered it by 100mil from the initial bargain

@@nicbajitogaming8947more specifically, he overpriced the 3 c rank dungeons because sung was going to cancel the dungeons for tomorrow anyways (as discussed with jinho), which would mean more dungeons on the market, and therefore the overall value for the dungeons would decrease. basically he sold the dungeons before their value dropped, and gained a massive profit

[Job Change] quests are usually a "class advancement" in Korean RPGs which advances upon the base class. It usually is similiar to a skill tree but instead classes branches of so it can be Thief > Assasin > Night Stalker etc. kind, branches to unique titles. These usually bring massive leaps of powers alongside them, I didn't read the manwha but this is what I know.

He said 300 million "a piece", so 900 million total. But dropped it to 600 million for them all. The reason why he sold them is because they have been buying all the C rank gates lately and there isn't any left for other guilds. So then he made an offer to the guy to sell the gates. But he sold them because he had the job change quest which means he wouldn't have time to do those gates, or any other C gates for a while so he made their money back and then some.

Yeah, so when the system said Jinwoo is at the required level, it was talking about the Job Change Quest not the Demon Castle 🙌. In a way, it's up to Jinwoo to decide when he's ready for the DC. I kinda think of it like, if he ups his Intelligence and Perception stats then he'd be able to gauge better on whether he's ready for a particular challenge but because he keeps farming for strength and agility, he still lacks a lot on that front 🤣.

If you have ever played an RPG or MMORPG type game you will immediately understand what is meant by Job Change quest. And if we look at it from a game perspective, Jinwoo's current job is Assassin. This is a tier 1 job and usually a job has 3 tiers. For example, in the Ragnarok game the Thief job (basic job) will change to Assassin (first level) then change to Assassin Cross (second level) and Guillotine Cross (third level). The higher the level of a job, the more skills that can be used, and of course to change to a higher job requires a higher level as well. I hope you don't get confused by my explanation.

"Job Change" quests are job titles that Sung Jinwoo obtains at a required level. Based on the manga, he suppose to be at level 40. You are right, regarding the bit about the tiger beast S-Ranker working for the White Tiger Guild. Although Jinwoo has been given the work title "Wolf Assassin" in the anime so far, the system itself has assigned him to a different title which will be called the "necromancer" class, but later......(an interesting fact is that Jinwoo has the ability to switch job titles in dangerous or risky situations). Changing his title also enables him to develop new skills and grow even powerful.)🤫🤫🤫

I love how every "slow" ep for SL is build up for something incredible for future episodes but are still amazing episodes on their own, Today I heard the studio broke a record for most frames this ep (The Standard for EVERY anime is 24fps), the Choi scene from Jeju was Animated at 50fps bringing that 20s scene to 1000+ frames of beautiful animation for an ANIME ORIGINAL scene as a manhwa and LN reader for this series I couldn't be happier with this show it's clear that A1 Cooked for this Adaptation.

If i understanding right, since this is a Korean story, the Job Quest sounds to me like the job quests from Korean MMOs like Ragnarok Online. In this game after reaching a certain level you had to do a trial to advance into your next job. So for example a Soldier could become a Knight or Crusader, a Thief could become a Rogue or Assassin etc.

Base from my experience playing game, a job-change quest is when you go per say from Warrior to Barbarian or Berserker. In case of mage you go from mage to wizard, from healer to protector or inquisitor. In case of jinwoo, he may be an assassin base on his dagger usage so he going from rogue to assassin or so on.. This anime from what I can see is base on MMORP style.

Jinhoo was bidding for C-ranked Dudgeons costing 70 mi by paying 150 mil. So that's why Jinwoo stated that the white tiger guild will be locked out of C-Ranked for foreseeable future unless the manger Sanghmin takes the 3 C-ranks Jinwoo was offering the sale. The real scam was that, Jinho didn't not book any other C-ranks except the 3. Meaning that from next day onwards, there were a number of C-ranks up for sales at their normal 70 mil market rate. So Sanghmin ended up paying 200 mil instead of 70 mil which was a loss for him.

Job Change Quest is like - obtaining a new class, like for example he's built very much like an Assasin right now, but after that he may unlock a completely new class with entirely new possibilites.

That's more than $100k+ USD person (6 or 8?) for 19 raids in less than two weeks. That's a pretty sweet deal. Also, Jinwoo the scammer? 😅 His intelligence is rising as well so he can work out schemes, tactics, etc. inside his head.
