Sir Total salary ka 50% nahi Basic pay ka 50 % pension milaiga .Jiska Retirement ka basic pay 46000 hai or allowance laga kar 80000 salary hai . 40000 pension nahi milaiga Sir Basic pay 46000 ka 50% milaiga 23000 milaiga Sir .
Service in Agniveer for 4 yrs and in Parliament it is for 5 yrs. Then why not we give only a lump sum amount after service to MPs instead of pension, just like agniveers. 4:55 Little correction : it is the basic pay which is different from pay. If a person's salary is 1 lakh per month, basic pay is always less like it could be 50k. And then allowances are given such as medical allowance, HRA, DA etc and salary increases to 1 lakh. So, government will consider basic pay only which means pension will be around 25k( if average basic pay of 12 months is 50k).
Ops me bhi 50%of basic + da And UPS me bhi 50%of basic+ da Difference ye hai ki ops me contribution kuch nahi karna hota, but UPS me 10% of basic+ da contribute karna hoga, also ops ne gratuity full milta tha UPS me 30%gratuuty less milega. Overall, Ups is not as good as ops but far better than NPS.

Wo bhi aapko return denge. Aab 60000 pension milega. Ab samjho aap 85 sal ta jiye to 300 mahine hue after retirement. 60000×300 = 18000000. Matlab aap ki loss . Govt win win situation.

Sir, please clarify that if Government has to pay 6250 crores in first year and increased amount in subsequent years, then how UPS is different from OPS. Because main intention to introduce NPS was to reduce constraints on Budget and this 6250 crore will still affect our Budget. In a similar manner to OPS, UPS will also put pressure on Budget. Does this means, NPS introduced was incorrect? or similar to NPS some other scheme will again overtake UPS.

it is a really shameful and cruel decision that in the name of the UPS, the government will swallow the entire life saving of the huge whole corpus i.e. 10% contribution and return. Every time Government servants become a scapegoat.
But this is only affecting 90L people, it will not cause any inflation. They were getting 40k now they can get 50k (for an example). Your example work if 1 crore is given to everyone (135cr people).

i am government job aspirant but still i think there was no need for UPS as already government is spending a lot on employee salaries. also salary of govt. employees is good compare to private sector. Instead of UPS government should fill the vacancies that are pending and pay salaries to them which will also reduce unemployment.

Please re-upload this video with correction. The 50% will be given upon basic pay and if you take the basic pay of a constable or havaldar (after 25yrs of their job) then it will be arround 38-40k and it's half will be 20k.....

Q1) What will happen to Voluntary contribution to NPS Tire 1, which is not part of 10% of employees and also not part of 14% of employers? For example, I have contributed an annual 50k voluntarily for the last 10 years. That money already is a good corpus; what will happen to my own earned money under the Unified Pension Scheme (UPS)? By the end of the next 20 years, if you calculate 8% interest, then it will become 23 Lakh rupees. Am I going to get my money as it is not part of 10% of employees and also not part of 14% of employers under UPS? My voluntary contribution should not counted under 50% pension. Q2) What will happen to an Employee's contribution to NPS till now? If someone gets a job at age 25 and one gets a job at age 35.. then the contribution to NPS will be different. Suppose, both of them retired in the basic pay, then how it's fare between who contributed for 35 years and who contributed for 25 years?
जितनी खुशी तत्कालीन कर्मचारियों को OPS के जगह पर NPS को चुनकर हुई थी,उतनी खुशी आज भी हमारे साथियों को NPS के जगह पर UPS को चुनकर होगी। लेकिन लगभग 10 वर्षों के बाद NPS की खामियां पता चलने लगी तो लगे सरकारों को कोशने। उसी तरह जब आगामी 10 वर्षों के बाद UPS की भी खामियां बाहर आने लगेगी तब फिर से हमलोग रोने धोने लगेंगे। मैं कहता हूं आप क्यों मोडिफिकेशन कर रहे, क्यों इतना दिमाग लगा रहे हो, सीधा सीधा OPS ही क्यों नहीं बहाल कर देते। मरणोपरांत UPS के अनुसार आप फैमिली पेंशन 60 फीसद देने की फजीहत कर रहे हम तो OPS के साथ 50 फीसद में खुश हैं। परंतु बात है कि हर हाल में OPS नहीं देना है इसलिए प्रपंच रचा जा रहा है। जब तक कर्मचारी को UPS समझ में आने लगेगा तबतक सरकार इसका लाभ लेकर दो टेन्योर पूरी कर चुकी होगी और कर्मचारियों का उत्साह भी ढीला पड़ चुका होगा। 5 साल के लिए ये सफेदपोश चुनकर जाते हैं उसके बाद ताउम्र पेंशन और अन्य भत्ते पाकर सुखमय जीवन का लुत्फ उठाते हैं और आम कर्मचारी जो कि नौकरी लेने के पहले से जो संघर्ष करना शुरू करता है, नौकरी लगने बाद उससे दोगुना संघर्ष करते हुए नौकरी करता है। किशोरावस्था से शुरू करते हुए युवावस्था को समर्पित करते हुए बुढ़ापा तक अपना शरीर जलाकर,घरबार छोड़कर रिटायरमेंट तक अनगिनत बीमारियों को गले लगाकर जब घर वापस आता है तो पेंशन के रूप में झुनझुना थमाया जाता है। 5 वर्षों की सेवा के बाद सफेदपोश पूर्ण पेंशन के हकदार हैं जबकि दिन रात अपना खून जलाने के बाद जब एक कर्मचारी 10 वर्षों की सेवा के बाद जब घर जायेगा तो उसे 10000 की विशाल राशि उसे पेंशन के रूप में दी जाएगी जिससे आने वाले समय में वो अपनी पतलून भी नही सिला पाएगा। आधुनिकता का आलम यह है कि रिटायरमेंट के बाद यदि वृद्धाश्रम में गुजारनी पड़े तो इन 10000 रुपए में वृद्धाश्रम की फी भी नही पूरी होगी। खाने,कपड़े और दवाई की तो बात ही अलग है। इसलिए अभी भी समय है हमसभी को मोह के मायाजाल में नहीं फंसना है और सरकार से गुजारिश करनी है कि प्रभु आप हमारे लिए ज्यादा परेशानी मत उठाएं आप हमलोगों को OPS ही दे दें बड़ी कृपा होगी आपकी। NO_MODIFICATION_ONLY_OPS

Sir today's session has a lack of research like In OPS :- pension was 50% of last payout (basic+all type allowance) while in UPS:- pension is 50% of last basic pay not last payout. In NPS 10% is deducted of (basic+DA) and 14% of (basic+DA) is given by the government and this amount (24%) is invested in mutual funds..
