There are quite a few automotive shows out there, but THIS one has become THE one I eagerly anticipate for each new Episode. It's not just recovering these forgotten old cars, it's Derek himself. His telling of what goes into each rescue in informative & FUN. Besides that, he seems like one great guy....
I love the show and all the team members. As a matter of fact , the show pushed me to my passion. I always wanted to restore an old truck. So I bought a 1953 ford f 250 truck from Minnesota had it shipped to pa and have been restoring it for two years. Got a lot of great tips and laughs from the show. Thank you all love and prayers. Keep up the great work. Carl C.
And here I always thought Bradley was a couple years older than Bailey. Two 13 year olds at the same time? My prayers are with you, Derek and Jessica! 1 at a time was enough for me!
I very much enjoy these rescues, particularly since i have no skill set of my own. If Derek ever does a rescue in the Los Angeles area, i would love to spend a work day with him helping as best I can.
Simply the best RU-vid channel have watched,Derek and all the family and friends make the best show I’ve seen in a long long time and now on uk tv brill 😂😂
He's on tv in the UK? That's amazing! I found his channel at the start of the pandemic and immediately binge watched all the videos during lockdown. The guy is so knowledgeable, one could only pray to have a mechanic like Derek, an amazing father and husband, and one of the funniest guys on youtube.
I watch and love this show, on the theft? It sounds like it may be someone they know, because the person who broke in knew what they wanted and that he had it. It's funny how it never happened again. ???
I started watching the show during the pandemic and from the very first episode that I saw can’t remember which one that was ?? The white Cadillac out in the field lotta different smells😂 I am definitely a fan! As for the thief it’s probably just a dirt bag! put up some sensors have some dogs!
Mam I really like the show. I just watched my favorite and it was the best show yet. It was of a Model A and he had to drive it 700+ miles back home. He said he wanted to rebuild it. I believe he should restore it to as close as possible back to stock.
I am kind of old school. I like things as they were when he started his channel. Basics and him alone out getting something running with basics then ride along on the trip back home. When they go big time with huge shops and a million in tools and then there are sponsor's and Tv shows they loose me. I'm glad they are doing well but turned off because of the glamour. There are many other RU-vid channels with the same content that remained the same as they began. They still have my subscription. When people go public with their lives then get all riled when someone invades their privacy that's really kind of dumb when you think about it. People are daring and intrusive. I recall years ago in the 70's when a show was on called Marcus Welby MD. A TV doctor. People were so enamored by him they actually contacted him for medical advice. Hopefully Derek has by now gotten a security system. That helps a lot.
That is where a Junkyard Dog comes in handy! On a big property like he has - you need to have at least six big guard dogs like German Shepherds or Doberman Pinschers trained to attack any intruders on your property. This will quickly turn the tables on any thieves and leave them terrified of roaming on your property! Dogs are wonderful to protect your family and property!
Great Show..Derick is a howl, Jessica is cute..I like the plot of the show, the rescue of old abandon cars. But $5000 reward to find a thief that stole a carburetor? Seems a bit much. Get a big male Pitbull, once word gets around that you have one no one will come near the property… works great for me
02:39 The goofy AI narration track makes me laugh, such as "There has been many searches for the Vice Grip Garage law shoot", repeating the same mistake many times in pronouncing "law suit" as "law shoot". 😅🤣😂
I was wondering why we haven't seen any new episodes. We love the show and hope we can see more episodes soon.hope all works out well D&J and boys. Ted from Canada Ps still waiting on my ball cap lol
I just watched his live stream the other day and actually Derek is hurt he hurt his foot and so he's been taking it easy for awhile that's why he hasn't had any new episodes lately.
Another video full of errors. This family is so likeable that many of his followers defend him even though we don't even know him. That tells a lot about his character. Keep up the great work Bieri family.
2021 Tennessee Code Title 39 - Criminal Offenses Chapter 14 - Offenses Against Property Part 4 - Burglary and Related Offenses § 39-14-405. Criminal Trespass If the property owner did not follow this, to the letter, then it is likely, the subject did not "criminal trespass", and simply walked onto a property that by all appearances was "open" or otherwise "passable" on foot without restriction. Trespassing requires notification. Usually in a very descript manner as provided by the state laws you live in. The law in Tennesee requires, signage at any place someone is reasonably to try to enter or "pass" onto or through the property. The signs must be in a specific type and size with specific notification, and, the "trees" and or "posts" on the perimeter of that property must also be marked with "purple", again, at any point that someone is likely to "pass" onto or through the property. The other requirement is "confrontation", meaning that the property owner specifically requests the person by notification to not come onto their property, or, otherwise, has the police do so via personal contact. Just because you purchased or rented a property does not mean that you have the right to make it so no one can "pass through" your property without giving them proper notice they may not do so and or that the property is private. The entire idea of "you are tresspassing because you walked onto my property" has a very specific legal limit. A limit of notification as set by each state and sometimes each city or county. So, the person did not "trespass" yet unless it can be proven that they had been A notified by law enforcement or property owner as prescribed by the law again, via personal contact or signage. Then there is the idea of "theft" of a carburator, well, honestly, people pulling parts off of cars that appear to be abandoned or "hoarded" is nothing new at all. I bet, early on, Derek there may have done something similar himself. Now the "abandoned property" laws have to be checked and double checked via someone's legal right to "find and keep" something. This is why, in Washington State, the law states a fence of a specific height must be erected on the perimeter, that signage must to also be emplaced, in a similar manner to Tennessee code in order for an "arrest" for "climbing over a fence" can be made. I know it seems odd, that you would have to actually interface with people on your property right? Well, its not odd. Derek should be happy he did not get sued for the guy harming himself on what appear to be junked cars.
