It's good to see that you guys are making videos on this topic too, it's very important to convey customer issues to the brand so that customers can get best service. As ola scooter owner, i definitely say that their service and after sales are too bed.
My OLA S1 Pro is at service centre since last 2 months due to BMS issue. Someone please tell if the company is manufacturing BMS for first generation or not.
I've been using Ola S1 Pro for about 7 months now. Every now and then I'll face software glitches, but always a restart would fix it. Recently the front panel was making noise, I took it to the nearest service centre. They were attending other vehicles. I said I'll have tea in a nearby shop and come back. When I came back, the issue was fixed. Despite these minor issues, overall I am satisfied with this product.

Ola is not coming back I wish they suffer from what there customers have suffered. Maine Ola S1 Air ₹1,30,000 mein kharida, aur sirf 6 din mein vehicle kharab ho gaya. Main Twitter pe continuous complaint karta raha aur customer care ko call kiya, but no response. Jab maine legal action ki warning di, tab jaake respond kiya. Unhone ek drunk aadmi bheja jo kuch samajhta nahi tha, aur vehicle 20 din tak repair mein raha. Wapas aaya toh handle lock ka issue tha. Phir service center 40 km door bulaya, waha gaye toh parts available nahi the. Phir Twitter pe complaint ki, tab pata chala ki bas ek wire connect karna bhool gaye the. Customer service ne ek bhi call pick nahi kiya, aur service center mein badtameezi se baat ki. Ab main khud hi problems fix karta hoon, kyunki inpe koi bharosa nahi hai.
Ather is Indian company it is growing slow but product and service is good.ola is half baked and half researched product and it is fullof marketing only marketing cannot make product big ola is not understanding basics. They make tall claims but never fullfill it.they make false promises
Mena simple model liya hai chabhi wala 4 kw watt ma tho muzza koi prolem abhi thak nahi hui please other customer bhi non features simple chabhi wale la hope ,

Ather 450X Gen 2 Beckar maine Ola S1 Pro Gen 1 liya , Bohot pachtara hu lekar. Kahi Software Glitches , Kabhi Unstable Front suspension ke natak Road par , Kabhi Head Unit ke Noises or Right Turn marte samay Samne se gandi awaje , Bekar attitude of showroom manager and service technicians
Very true. Pathetic after sales service. I got my registration papers after nearly six months after delivery. The sales persons are irresponsive after delivery. Secondly the is a problem in the scooter for which it needs to be reset time and again. I took it to the service centre twice but they couldn’t fix the issue. Don’t buy a Ola Scooter

Mai ola scooter ka customer hu more than 2years se, Ola scooter best hai, Service toh kisi bhi ev scooters company ki aachi nahi hai. Dusre company se toh thoda achya hi hai ola ka Service ather our tvs ka Service bhi ek baar dek lo mere friends ro rahe hai bechare tvs aur ather leke
भाइ 6000 km चला चुका हूँ सब मस्त चल रहा बस एक बार चार्जर खराब हुआ था आधे घंटे मे सेंटर वालो ने बना के दे दिया मै राहुल गांधी के संसदीय क्षेत्र से हूँ कसम से क्या सर्विस है यहाँ की अब दूसरों का पता नहीं मेरे पास S 1 प्रो है और प्रो मे दिक्क़ते बहुत ही कम हैँ हा सॉफ्टवेयर वाली दिक्क़तें है लेकिन उसका समाधान भी जानता हूँ

Please never trust ola product. My scooty was just one month old, now nobody is coming for home service. Service centers guys have no skills to address your concerns even when you have an appointment. So please stay away from this company and it's products
I am a ex employee of API Ltd established in 1948, CEO M.A. CHIDAMBARAM & A.C. MUTHAYYA, manufacturers of Lamby scooter & purchased 2nd hand scooter in 1987 for Rs. 4000/-. Used it for 28 years with 4 to 5 passengers or 120 kg load regularly. Due to non availability of spare parts I sold it in scrap at Rs. 2200/-. It is real fact. One can confirm its quality and life. Salute to my company who never harrashed its employees. OLA is a toy, no quality, no life , several times costly. Just importing parts from China and assembling in India. Owner is greedy and looting customer, employees are not honest. Result is bound to happen like this. So many things can be told.

The front tyre is jammed, the breaking unit has become loose , the mirrors tell you about the built quality. It keeps vibrating so much ke visibility ki toh maat pucho. rsa or ola care plus plan ke andar reh ki bhi aur service Ticket raise karne ke baad bhi koi nahi aya vehicle ko tow karne ke liye. Ola is not synonymous with the word Service. It's a fraud, a sham in the garb of Discounts and offers.
