Bread today has been processed to death..Look back at the bread I ate in the 70’s when a kid. It just seems that now we see so much of autoimmune issues. I blame it on processed food and junk that is all too available. I went keto 2 years ago, and what a journey it’s been. I still check my blood sugar throughout the day. Our body is intelligent.
I have celiac and was diagnosed in 2013 and have the kind that causes you to diarrhea. I have had periods of times when I had no diarrhea so off and on it gets worse but after I had a cold and to the doctor gave antibiotics I was diagnosed with C-diff . I took Oregano oil in a vegetable capsule and to Olive leaf instead of taking the antibiotics they gave for about three weeks I started with diarrhea again I had a colonoscopy yesterday and the doctor if I didn't get better he would put me on some steroids and I'm not going to take them .I changed my primary doctor and found out that was low on Vitamin B12 and vitamin D and that I have hypothyroid. I just have watched some of your videos. And no you have the right thyroid ratios I can take. I as well as the right digestive enzyme. Thank you Helen Willard

My question is, what in the world i can eat to get carbohydrates without gluten? Keto makes me so hungry and butter does not work for me. I have brain fog that went away for half a year when i ate rice but then the arsenic started cousing daily migranes and i changed to oats about 3 months ago. Now the last two days the brain fog has returned, i think it's the oats. Is there any option to get the carbs? Potatoes = too much oxalates for me
