To answer your complaint about the turn signal. Don't push the turn signal all the way so that I locks-on. The turn signal lever is made so that you can press it part way and stop before it locks on, this is a momentary switch design for use like lane changing. I have the same EV-RST, and all you need to do is press the turn signal lever and stop before it locks.. let go and super cruse knows you want to make the lane change. Its designed to work as a monetary switch on all GM cars with our without cruise control. I hope this helps. anyone who is not aware. Have a good day!
Yeah, it's easy to get lost in all the controls. Home screen> top left button "Vehicle Status"> Trip (on the left)- then you're there. Two trip options available. Easy to reset as needed. Good luck and congrats!
