What it was like in the very first days of the NHS 

"Nurses are overworked because there aren't enough of them" - looks like nothing has changed

I am so very proud to be a nurse in the amazing wonderful national health service...it really is a previous jewel..even though waiting lists are long at leastcwe wont have to sell out homes to pay for major surgery or chemotherapy....and the research that goes on is at the cutting edge.of new treatments....thanks in a large part to wonderful altruistic patients who wish to help those after them ...please treasure it always for our children and grandchildren

It's like that now with then teeth I don't think people care about their teeth in this country to be honest
