Anti-impact resin is a robust, Nylon-like material boasting impressive impact strength and tensile toughness. Its printed objects exhibit exceptional durability, with low water absorption, high dimensional accuracy, and a wear-resistant surface that ensures long-lasting performance. With its stable mechanical properties, excellent fatigue resistance, and weather resistance, this resin is ideal for creating parts that require repeatable machining, wet or underwater operation, impact resistance, snap-on features, or even end-use products.

Awesome, thank you for the video! A little trick I use, is removing the supports before curing. I have a sealable bin with a garbage bag inside that I process the prints in, and so after the print is done I just slip on my nitrile gloves, transfer to the bin and pull the supports off (they come off so easy this way without leaving behind any nubs); then I place the prints in my ultrasonic cleaner (using propylene glycol now as I've read it works just as good if not better than IPA and is much safer) which now fit better sans supports, and then transfer to a clear plastic container full of water which I cure in my UV curing station (curing in water can help cure the prints better). I'm very much looking forwards to making some BJD dolls. I've always loved them, but they tend to be fairly expensive - and I love the idea of making some on my own!! :)

Saryatech mecha white sounds like the resin you may need, it takes longer to cure but a more scratch resistant surface.

Interesting. Sueding the socket joints is always an option too, but this looks very promising.

Oh so you use some type of rubber strings from inside to keep the joints together? That's neat. Have you tried magnets ?
@godsaid4502
@godsaid4502 6 месяцев назад
I dont think the magnets is suitable for the dolls ,it suppose to ues the rubber strings and mini hooks!

Which resin is better for joints. Because after some time the joints go lose. Do you have any solution for that?

@godsaid4502
@godsaid4502 Год назад
@@Dolleemixtures yes my friend ,if you dont have a oven ,you can boil the hot water and put the resin bottle into the hot water for 10 minuets to heat up the resin inside!
@Dolleemixtures
@Dolleemixtures Год назад
@@godsaid4502 awesome!!!! It's ok that it doesn't stay that hot through printing?
@godsaid4502
@godsaid4502 Год назад
@@Dolleemixtures if the weather is kinda cold in your city ,you might need to make sure the room temperature is warm during printing ,i think that will reduce print failures.
