Just want to clarify to anyone else watching, this isn't the '47 clean up, it's the' 47 mvp. The clean up version is unstructured with a pull through back, the MVP is structured with velcro back.

Daddy hat that is the technical term . Check out all the trucker hat you will find daddy hat exactly what they post it . I don’t know why they call it daddy hat. Therefore it became name for it
Hey man, thanks for the informative video! Btw, I have done some research and found that the model of 47 cap you're wearing is called 'MVP' rather than ‘Clean Up‘. The latter is more like the dad hat you're showing (softer, less structured).
You wearing a 47 MVP, the 47 Cleanup are daddy hats! Anyway still a good video, 47 MVP are good for your type of face. If you have a long and skinny face like me, daddy hats (or 47 cleanup) looks better!
I have a similar face structure as you and a small head as well but the pirates Dad hat fits you perfectly. I'm usually Fitteds and Snapbacks but I'm going to look into Dad hats
Thank you for not making me feel I am the only person in the world who wears baseball hats forward most of the time. I don't think a backwards hat is a bad look, it's just not a style for me.
@@Isaac-mk3wj I don't know about that, but he just makes it a problem because he does not like the forward style. He thinks all cap wearers should wear them backwards. It's not a big deal for crying out loud. Let people wear hats in the style they prefer to wear them.
literally no hats look right on me.. as a kid i was always obsessed with hats but obviously i didnt think about what they looked like on me i stopped wearing hats years ago because i cant find a single one that looks right. i do heaps of dance and i wanna wear hats because my hair is super long and i like wearing it down, but it always gets in my way. my head is long but small, so there is always a gap at the crown of my head with hats that fit height wise. at the same time because my head is small my ears are in the way and i dont know where to have them TT hats can sometimes look very square on my head and fitted hats dont work with my head shape secondly i dont have a fringe and it makes something look wrong... i also wanted to start wearing bucket hats and i only found one that looks ok on me but the rimming is larger (which i like but i cant see, and it can look stupid since my face is so small haha) i tried ones with a shorter rim but because my head is tall it doesn't sit properly. i know look like a maniac who overanalyses their looks but it just bothers me so much like WHYYY
Ay sam, i suggest you try the 47 "youth" size hats. Like you, my head is small and when i have to wear the "one size fits all," it requires me to tighten it A LOT, causing the shape of the hat to look BOOF ASF. So i tried the "youth" size clean ups, and bro.. my head finally looks normal and round w/ them lmao. Hmu if you try it out. i suggest the "clean up" style even tho it doesnt have a structure on the front, you're gonna be downsizing so it'll fit and look better.
The first type of hats he talked about are the '47 MVP hat not the clean up. The clean up are similar to them daddy hats. Don't want to confuse anyone.
i think the bulky fronts of the hats dont look good on ppl wit small heads lke these specific ones ur talking about. i have a small head as well and thats the conclusion ive been coming up with. hopefully i can find other hats that will fit my head shape better
Lol bro you know there’s a sleeve pocket you tuck that strap into right? Ive heard that term lately too but in the south we have always called those strap backs. The way you said it it sounded like u were forced to where the strap out. No matter how skinny ur head you can tuck that entire strap in majority of time. I don’t know if this is a fact with every back strap hat. I know 100% this is the case on all the polo strap backs of recent though because I own those particular ones. By the way I let the strap hang too occasionally but my head is so fucking skinny most hats the shit is hanging out like a fucking belt on a karate gi so I can’t go out like that. First Rapper I seen wearing daddy hats was the guy from the Travis Porter rap group back in 2010-2011. He only wore daddy hats for years and I'm sure other rappers and artists did as well. I guess Travis Porter wasn't big enough to change the trend, but Bryson Tiller is definitely not responsible for daddy hats. I would have worn daddy hats because of Travis Porter but I wasnt making my own money at the time. Check any Travis Porter video from 2010-2012 and you'll see daddy hats.

thanks sam. but how about the circumference size should it matter when buying online? i recently bought one size fits all but i was disappointed when i had it because it sagged on my small head that just has 55cm circumference. i tried to adjust it at the back but it looks too bunched up which doesn't look okay. i'm looking at adidas which doesn't have 55cm size, only 56cm and then 54cm but the description states that it is a children's hat. i might as well buy it just to try. difficulty when buying online is that we can't try it before buying, especially nowadays.
Bro I’m not gon lie I don’t think any hat looks good on me cuz of my hair being super thick every time I put a hat on my head looks way smaller and when I get a haircut hats look good but what’s the point of the haircut just to wear a hat💀
