How do you land apartments (using arbitrage model) with amenities like pool and gated entrances and allow them for STR or MtR? How can you have the guests get through and allow pool usage?
Depends on the apartment. The idea is similar in terms of how you approach ownership about what you do. Pool and gate entrances are all different but you need to make sure guest has key fob and returns it. Stiff penalties for not doing so.
