All of these in this series should connect into a custom blaster called the Happy Home, and when they are all connected into the happy home it's called the Foam Flinging Family. 😉
As far as in-line clip goes, if you're getting to much air, you can simply have 2 barrels with inclips... on one top of the other, this will separate the air between the two. Now you can fire 2 short darts at once and have an inline clip.

I know there's a million suggestions in the comments already. But can you make the mighty mama movable picatinny mount have a version to "daisy chain" multiple blasters side by side? I would love to clip three of these together on a blaster.
@@meanintellectual5222 not if done properly. A small spring loaded peg that the turret rides on, with an oring, would work beautifully. It has been done before many times, and it will continue to be done.
Excellent product and application of problem solving. For the Demo rocket attachment, have you tried a conical post tapering towards the tip... I achieved this effect by wrapping E-tape heavy at the base and tapering off towards the front - of a couple of my nerf HAMP launchers. And it improved ranges for my old worn out demo rockets.
I love seeing you guys presenting together, such fun! The Mega XL with short darts inside could be a useful ammo-distribution system, for giving extra shots to team-mates stuck in the opposition's base! 😂 This is a really cool product, I really like the new rail-attachment system and the Y-hopper barrel is lovely and nostalgic. I think it would be awesome if you made a curved barrel - maybe one that could swivel so you could shoot around a corner or you could twist it and shoot over a bunker wall or something? Awesome vid btw!
Two ideas. First, I know vortex is dead, but I'd love a barrel optimized to fire them properly anyway. Second is a revolver. My idea is to print it in 3 parts, the adapter/center spoke which redirects airflow to one side, the cylinder with each barrel's air port facing inward to the center spoke, and a snap on trigger component connected to the trigger and adapter to indicate which barrel is lined up and make trigger pulls also index the cylinder. I hope that makes sense
Vortex is just never gonna happen, the way they travel, they are not blown by air pressure, they are flicked by a torqued spring into a spin or flywheel That is also the reason there weren't many spring mods for them in the first place, they needed to be purpose built for a blaster and more often than not you would risk the structure of the blaster
Barrel idea: 3 coplanar Elite/Short barrels, one pointing straight, one angled slightly to the left, and one to the right. Basically a shotgun with more or less consistent horizontal spread.
Instead of 5 short darts in a circle, how about 3 in a horizontal spread? Center would be straight, with left and right forking out at a slight angle to provide wider coverage.
I'd like 5 rifled barrels with the middle going straight, the top two angled slightly and the bottom angled slightly more for a hopefully consistent horizontal spread. (It might be a troublesome print but it would be super cool if it worked.)
Finally!! A Hundred new mega xl darts to be fired! Here's a suggestion, if a player decides to keep a combination of barrels for different situations and etc. during a game. Would it be a product option to buy barrel blaster mounts for possible quicker swaps?
Can you make a "Cursed Cousin" that's got 1 Mega, 1 Elite, and 1 Rival barrel? I am interested in how they would perform when sharing the same source of energy.
I know that you said you might not release the Y hopper, but just in case you do does it fit on the knockout conversion? With how the barrel is situated on the conversion I couldnt tell if it would work. If it does work I definitly would be interested. I love the idea of having a comfortable small profile springer that I could use any ammo type with. I did try that with the inline clip but it fired 2 like you said.
new barrel type? Hope there's a poll in the near future. Riffing off the Mega XL x half dart burrito Luke tried, could you come up with a sort of "smart" barrel that shoots the mega XL first, then after repriming, shoots the half darts if no Mega XL is present?

But exactly what barrel was used for the Demolisher missile in this video? Is it an actual barrel for the Demolisher missile, a single Elite barrel or something else?
While the elite barrel could work in a pinch, we actually have a Little Rocket barrel for rockets/missiles. I don't think it's available yet on the shop, but it has a slight taper to assist with an easier seal. Stay tuned for more on that and other upcoming barrels!
@@outofdarts Alrighty then. Looking forward to that. Oh, there's one thing I noticed with Nerf/Foam blasters. There's a lack of "shotguns". I know there's the Spring Thunder. It's shell ejecting; which is cool and all, but you need shells. If you lose/break the shells, you need to replace them and it gets *very* expensive. And also, the 3 rival round buck shot's rather lacking on the actual shotgun spread. I do like the Nerf Rival Atlas but it only fires 2 rounds per shot, there are issues with loading the Magazine & has low ammo capacity. If only it had the internal magazine & ammo capacity of the Artemis/Hades. So might I suggest on making a shotgun that's basically a "Double-Barreled" Atlas; with the internal magazine & the ammo capacity of the Artemis/Hades. While firing 4 or 6 rounds per shot (2 or 3 per barrel). Although, having just one plunger tube is probably not going to be enough, so it would be best to have 2 plunger tubes, one for each barrel. If you look at the "shotgun" part of the Elite 2.0 MotoBlitz, each dart has its own air tube, which is why you have consistent fps per barrel, no matter how many darts you have loaded.
Working on it, Sniper will be added to the Large barrel listing and Rocket will have its own listing to provide the necessary warning of the effectiveness.
This is really cool. I'm working on a custom blaster for myself. I'm wondering if there is information on recommended spring forces and plunger volumes for the Mega XL darts, as well as the best barrel diameter for them.
Hi Luke, Andrew for Canada. Could you please tell me the overall length of big mama with XL dart and primed? Im looking at figuring out a mega or XL launcher on my aliens pulse rifle build.
Is it possible/will there be a string/cord trigger for the Mighty Mama like on the Proud Papa? Having an easily accessible arm-mounted Mega XL or rocket launcher would be pretty fun to use without having to use your other hand to fire. Also, watch out for those wrist rockets.
When will the sniper barrel be added to the shop? Besides that this is awesome and I can't wait to see what else you guys come up with, maybe a larger Crooked Cousin now for foregrips?
question why not try to make a actill mimi pistel out of the little roket platform and still is inter change able and i know that they sell modes to make the knoke out and the fait in to little roket pistels
Looking to actually buy my first 3d printer to start making my own parts to save time on projects but still not sure on what to get the print quality looks amazing on these but prusa is going to be out of my reach and range

Is the triple hyper barrel ever going to be made available on the website? I’ve seen them featured in a few videos now, but never seen them available on the website
The barrel can be found on the "Little Rocket Barrels" listing. Unfortunately, due to the Shopify limitation, we really can't add to the blaster's listing.
Unfortunately, we didn't get the performance we wanted from a vortex barrel. We have plans to go over some of the barrels we've tested in a future video!
