i wish every nurse was like her. in my country, most nurses are known to be rude. I just left the hospital after being admitted for a week and felt like the biggest burden in the world. I eventually broke down and asked to be discharged despite the doctors efforts to change my mind. some nurses misrepresent other nurses
Don’t you love how nurses talk so pompously as if it’s a difficult subject? I work in finance and have to use calculus and linear algebra daily while judging the correlation coefficients of multiple risky and non risky assets. All this would take her a lifetime to learn but thank god she knows big words huh?
What are you on about Adam? She was talking about how much she loves the work. She wasn't complaining, and here you are complaining for no reason. Why? If you hate finance, then quit. If you think nursing is easy, maybe you can be one and escape your misrebale finance life and work the easy nursing job.

@@sternendust That's like saying that insurance companies have had a bad experience with a few teens so they unreasonably jack rates for all teens. Statistics matter, and in the case of nurses, 9 out of 10 of them are always snarky, rude, self-serving, and above all pretentious in thinking that they are in some admirable highly educated field when they are not. I'm just calling them out on it and imploring each one of them to stop using big cheeseburger words to compensate for the shame they have in not truly being intellectual. There's a reason why all women tend to wanna get security in a medical environment. Either because patients are vulnerable and it's easy to do a piss poor job without being judged, or they love the pandering and bribes that male doctors give them behind closed doors. It truly is a lazy immoral field in terms of the hiring standards. That is all.

I'm not hoping for you to understand that there's still good nurses out there (more than 1 out of 10) who are compassionate and actually love the job and taking care of people. I hope you find it in you to forgive all the bad nurses out there. I worked in an environment where such things are unheard of and we are being judged all the time too, so I don't understand what you are saying. Pandering? Bribes? From male doctors? What kind of bribes and what for? Is this western thing?
