Today starts the third week following my fall and the subsequent fracturing of my shoulder. It’s been tough, but I think I have finally turned the corner and I am definitely heading towards healing!

What a thrill and relief to be able to create something! Your crocheted blanket will be a good reminder that “where there is a will, there is a way”! So whatever comes, down the road, you will know that you made it through. How awesome that you will have some help from your cousin. It is such good progress, and so good for your spirit, to be able to accomplish some garden tasks. I’m cheering🎉🎉🎉!

I feel so much better since I have been spending a bit of time each day outside. I am very much an outdoors person, I need to see and feel nature around me! 😀

Your yard is wonderful. I live in Florida, so it's very hot most of the year. I envy your gardens. Im so happy to hear you are getting out more and are able to enjoy crafting a bit. Im still praying for you to have a fast and full recovery. If your chair is a recliner, try reclining it a little more each night so your shoulder can gradually get to where you can tolerate the stress of laying flat. Just an idea! Hugs ❤

Yes, I have started doing that with the recliner. I think it will take a bit more time to get flat. I certainly will appreciate my bed, when I finally get back into it…

How nice to have your cousin come and help prepare your gardens for Spring! Is this the same cousin who brought you yarn, and ended up receiving a lovely pair of socks? If so, isn’t it nice how giving of ourselves is naturally circular? Small, but great, blessings😊

No, this is a different cousin ( I have so many). 😀 my parents both came from very large families, so I am blessed with a very large extended family on both sides.
