I have used BetterHelp myself and I have found it to be very effective. BetterHelp is an online portal that provides direct-to-consumer access to behavioral health services. The online counseling and therapy services are provided through web-based interaction as well as phone and text communication. BetterHelp costs £140 a month - which gives you 4 live sessions a month and unlimited messaging in between sessions, as well as access to the group therapy webinars that get updated each week. You can also apply for financial aid while signing up, which can reduce the cost of the service by up to 40%. When you go through the signup process, you will be presented with the payment page and can elect not to pay. Yes but I'm not in the UK. I'm going to headspace but there telling me. The ndis is hard to get in to & I'm. Told by the headspace caseworker Aden. That is more complicating to get into it. Any keeps telling me has my GP got back to me yet and the answer I give him in reply is no. I'm in Australia 🦘 so it makes it very complicating. If the true family members that loved you are dead🤷🏽‍♂️. & The toxic narcissist ones have back up from flying monkeys. That don't want me to succeed in a career or even in a lifestyle. They want me to fail big time like the song Peter Gabriel.

What makes it even more worth is the place that I'm living in is in my name. But all I have to survive on is the greedy money that my 🎭father🎭 wanted to get his hands on from my deceased mother , and😞 she gave him a rude finger before she passed away😔 in smacked his hand out of the way and said you're not getting it😭. And my oldest sister already knew that dad didn't really loves her from the start. What makes matters worse is moree family members involved and it's just too damn complicating so wish me luck guys ✌🏽👦🏽.

What makes matters even more worse is he escaped from Europe when there was war and he also did something to her daughter that was overseas and I don't have a clue what that is so he could be a lost convict that was locked up in a prison cell the escaped from a European country.

What makes it even more worse is my father kick the s*** out of commando people over in the European country because 5 of them tried to bash him up. And seeing that he already abused me from a young age I have already being in situations where I've come close to hurting people really badly so now that's why I'm trying to get the NDIS the NDIS to help me so I don't become really bad like my father is.

Yes so true Christopher I am at that point where I am broken physically emotionally and mentally while with him and after he leaves but yes I know God will rebuilds me and give me the strength to do great things for myself and to help others around me like you Christopher tanks for your great videos I'm happy for you that god has makes you a better version of yourself and overcome the abuses of the narc I'm so proud of you for the person you are

You will be the one to better yourself bc God helps those who help themselves. Don't be powerless and expect a higher power to do everything. You need to take your power back. When we decide to be in charge of our destiny we make better choices and become happier and healed. Amd yes ...sometimes God doesintervene through divine intervention but this is rare. You are in control You have the power

Yep 👍🏿 very true. I get mistreated. From both of them. It's why I lost a brilliant Oldest Sister named Renata & Mum Stephanie. & Trust me & there's 😢 nothing I can do but suffer the same nonsense my Older ⚰️sister & Mum ⚰️. Went through. I kind of wish that the tables would of turned. But I know very well my dad will get, it back because the nephew & niece are going to get there way. Back at him, I don't usually like taking credit for what do. Because for me I always except it as a blessing from above, he was just a faker. & He was just telling me my Older brother is just using me. But he was never happy for my success. & The beltings didn't do nothing for me. It just always made me feel victim, and now even if I wanted a life, with someone I can't have it. Because he wanted my life to be destroyed by manipulation 🎭 but I never was buying it, because I don't accept manipulation, so I went away from it. Dad never liked it that I could play Drums by ear. Ensure there are other talents but I had to keep away from the ones that are really bad because. I felt that they were just dragging me down to hell and I was using them as an escape from reality. Video games. Taught me a way of life even when sucked. And as it goes for teachers I won't very supportive either they were just putting me down, that I don't have a future and kids. Downgreated me. So I do believe if ur going through something, I really hope u all make it. No matter how bad it is✌🏿👦🏽.

Where is the help for mothers abused by their daughters. It happens often so where is the help and advice ? I was told by a psychologist 3 decades ago '' Your daughter wants to take your place, but first she has to get rid of you and she did. i did not listen to the doctor and I suffered 3 decades of hell false accusations and stalking. Not all nacres were abused. I finally let go but i hope to find others. to share and encourage like they do with abusive wives and husbands. I want to speak with someone ? Is there help out there ?

Pretty Kitty! U could take her to the vet .. there. And .. get her checked for .. diseases. She may not have any. Be recently lost. And .. need a good home. She looks exhausted & hungry .. to me. U would have a .. new traveling buddy. And .. a companion for Nala .. when she comes back. As well as .. doing a good deed .. by taking the kitty 🐈 .. in. And .. saving her life. I hate to see innocent pets .. homeless. They don't deserve that! They just want 🩷. To be taken care of. Food .. walks & a warm 🏡
