You are right, medical insurance is very important for elderly visitors. You can imagine that it cost us $45000 in five days for the heartattack to our elderly visitor. Thanks Goodness to Insurance otherwise we do not make this money in one year here.
If medical care is a nightmare acc. to the person, then WHY do all these ppl leave their native countries and flee to foreign cultures to face MULTIPLE issues? I think that in spite of ALL the bad, native homeland is better, there are exceptions but at large most ppl just have an absurd obsession to go abroad!!! In such instances one cannot really sympathize when they start to complain!!
You bring up a thought-provoking point! The decision to leave one’s homeland often stems from a mix of dreams, opportunities, and sometimes the illusion of "greener pastures." Many who move abroad do face unexpected challenges and compromises, like navigating complex healthcare or adjusting to different cultural norms. For some, the initial attraction of better job prospects, education, or reuniting with family outweighs the comfort of staying home. It’s true-many who leave end up realizing that every place has its own struggles, and the comfort of one’s roots and community can’t be easily replaced. In the end, it’s a trade-off, and often the urge to return home grows stronger with time. After all, sometimes it takes leaving to fully appreciate what was left behind!
