It’s nice, but the way the app is set up it’s almost impossible to accept an order. They disappear before you can accept them….. there has to be a better way???

No what not to do is keep stealing drivers damn money deliver that is now in the Uber category and will end being damn sued stealing drivers damn money I’ve had 6 situations where customers have told me and showed me they have tipped way more than I received I’m talking customer saying thank u I appreciate everything I tipped u 70 bucks and u scratching your damn head because u know u received $10 out of a $ 70 dollar tip

Hi Rara, on our platform, deliveries run through the ezCater platform are subject to the ezCater tip pool. This tip pool offsets the large percentage of deliveries that are not tipped through this marketplace. The average tip throughout the entirety of this past year has been over $24. Direct partner deliveries on our platform are tipped 100% directly to the driver. If you have specific instances that you believe our team needs to be aware of, please email driver@ideliverthat.com

@@DeliverThat first off if an order does not tip drivers should be aware of that secondary u can’t take drivers tips and try to split them at all like I said on multiple occasions customers have tipped way higher and deliver that takes the money I’m no longer with deliver that and filling a suit

@@Ridesharfacts Ask for your tip in cash if possible. That tip pool thing is ridiculous, they have to show they are actually putting tips in a pool if sued a, and they have to disclose it ahead of time. sounds like robbery to me. GL.
