Great job with the inserts of examples, it really hones in your point. It's definitely a struggle to get started, particularly when you know the universities you're aiming to apply to want it to be both academic yet maintaining the main idea of a "personal" statement. It's a good idea to think about how you as a person influences your choice or perspective on things and then linking it to your chosen degree. There are a billion people but the only one you!
Currently writing down tips from two of your videos and they are helpful. I was really worried because I am an over-thinker and wondered how professional I must sound. @koishi Kanan no you will still get offers I was worried about that too because I sent mine in a little later then a friends who already has got all her offers and so far I have only one. But I talked with my spdl and she said that the deadline is January so don’t worry and if university’s call you, don’t get pressured and accept their offers, wait till you have all of them.
Alright so i have not met the a level grade requirements for the uni i want to apply to so i have emailed them asking if they think I should apply. They replied to me saying that they will consider my application and asked me to apply. Should I try writing about how my grades have been affected in my personal statement? I’d be grateful to get some advice
