In April 2020 blizzard banned 20% of top 500 for cheating on KR servers. That was when blizzard actually cared about the game and it was still that rampant. Picture it now, with two more years worth of developing cheats on a stagnant game (making it easier). Not to mention the fact that many of these cheats will have to be updated (repurchased) come October so there is really no reason for the cheaters not to make it obvious and meme with them for the time being.
