If you are employed by the goverment and have a office in a building then you should be in that office doing the work that you were hired to do and NOT from home. If you work from home then you should be paid LESS than those who are woring in the offices as they were hired to.

Clearly u r not a federal employee. U have no idea how telework and/or virtual positions are vs how fed space has been significantly downsized so that fed emoloyees have to schedule desk and workspace. They have saved a ton of overhead costs as a result.
