Try some walgreens/CVS stores. I found a 4 pack third party packaged set there with 2 shining legends, 1 hidden fates, and 1 evolutions pack for $17. Mine was at walgreens but I assume cvs would have similar things.

Shining legends is probably my favorite modern set honestly and the one that got me back into it. I was buying up all the clearance boxes they had because no one else wanted the set. That set has been the most generous by far. I’ve gotten multiple of the test tube mewtwo, multiple shining mew, multiple shining Rayquaza. I’m glad I started buying it when I did.

my personal favorites that have super valuable cards are xy evolutions, hidden fates, burning shadows, champions path, and darkness ablaze. just a tip, dollar stores sometimes have cheap mini boosters that can have pretty nice cards! the TCGPlayer website is also super helpful or determining the average value of cards in a set. good luck with your collecting!
