Fuslie talked about how she dropped her badge and there was a whole thing before she presented with the stage security not letting her on even though multiple people were telling them she needed to be on stage right away. Cut to the end of the show where the kid just walks on to stage with no security measures at all, they didn't even try to cut his mic and actually turned the outro music back off for him to talk

From what I heard, there was a whole story of Sonic fans actually being in the lead, but then they harassed the wrong people over in China on the wrong day, and so everyone and their mum started to vote for Genshin. Then, that passed over to the Japanese/Korean/South East Asian side of things, they voted, and Genshin had the lead Since this was at a "weird time" for Americans, I'm guessing a lot (if not just a very vocal minority) of Sonic fans called it "botting" and in response, botted. Then again, this is all just what I heard, so take it with a grain of salt.
