I wish it was like that, but unfortunatelly you'll be deprivated of driving lincense for 1,5 years + penalty for about 500 $ and for the second time you'll go to jail. Whats gonna be next i don't know yet :)

1 mistake: russian and french road rage should be switched. Everything else is spot on. P.S: it isa myth that Russians drink a lot. I found it out from personal expiriance. French on the other hand drive drunk all the time. Some of my colleagues can drink 2-4 glasses of wine and "think" they can drive (they cant drive even sober).
