Does it make sense for Indian nationals at all for EB2-NIW? The person who is not already here is going to wait really long before he gets in the front of the queue to adjust.

Yes it does make sense. The benefits are limited but are still good. I would talk to an attorney to see exactly how beneficial it would be in your exact situation. For some Indian nationals, it's a "nice-to-have." For others, it is a significant benefit.

Hi Dear, many people say that age plays a vital role in EB2. The USA does not need people over 50, considering that they will be retired soon and will not pay taxes to the Govt for a longer time. As soon as they retire, they will become the liability of the US government to spend thousands of dollars on them in their old age. How come if a person spends 50 years of age in another country and then lands in the USA to become a liability..... Need your comments, please? Do you have evidence of the successful cases in 50 or 55+, please?

U.S. law does not discriminate based on age. The only things that matter are contributions and impact. I've regularly received approvals for people who are over 50.

No videos on consular interviews but I definitely assist with the consular process. I personally have not seen any denials at the consular stage but it can definitely happen. Will cover this topic in future videos.

Hi Amber, I have completed a Bachelor of Commerce (2 years) and a Master of Economics (2 years), totaling 16 years of education. I also have 11 years of experience in budgeting and costing, and I've been working as an Assistant Manager of Budgeting & Costing in leading healthcare for the past 5 years. This is worth looking into - accounting on its own is not necessarily the best field but I have seen accountants be successful depending on what sector they specialized in.
