They aren't making the glass jars anymore. I called them and they have converted to squeeze bottles. It cost more too and I think you may get less. Why couldn't they leave it the other way? Or have it a jar and squeeze bottle just like mayonnaise.

So grateful & blessed that your doing more videos & that God is helping you like he always does in getting through your grief. I definitely know how hard it is from experience. A really nice way to use Orzo is to cook it, let it cool and use it like a pasta salad. Really yummy. Add cherry tomato, capsicum, red onion, olives, spinach, artichoke, celery. Add in a punchy vinegarrette and cool until serving. Delish!

The chicken/orzo meal looked so good. I'll be making it. I make a dish y'all would love bc it's a little spicy. Season bite size pieces of chicken breast with cajun or blacking seasoning. Cook until it's done. Set aside. Then in same skillet, cook a diced up poblano pepper and some green onions in olive oil and butter. I cook until browned, then add garlic and 2-3 roma tomatoes. Cook until softened. While this is cooking, make penne pasta. Reserve about 1/2 to 3/4 cups of the pasta water. Add the water, 1-2 tlbs chicken stock concentrate(paste), 2-3 tlbs cream cheese, 1/2 to 3/4 cups monterey jack cheese... stir until melted and combined. Add chicken and pasta, stir until well combined. Side note, if my poblano is not spicy then I'll also add some diced green chilies or a little bit of jalapeno. I also add a splash of heavy cream if it's too watery. I make this at least twice a month. To make it healthier, I use Barilla protein plus pasta. This is by far the best higher protein pasta I've tried. It's in a yellow box.
😁 Great family! I dont have an instant pot but I have to make the last recipe happen. The other two looked great as well. I will be doing these. I was a single dad for about 8 years. I wanted my kids to have real meals so learned more about cooking, although I learned more from my Tennessee mother than I had thought! God bless her soul. Thank you for your work. Anyway an instant pot would have been great. My Crockpot got a workout in those days. God bless all here.

Oh my goodness!! I got an Instant Pot for Christmas. Aside from doing my water test a month ago, today was the first time I cooked a meal in it. I had my eye on the Chicken Burrito Bowl ever since I first saw this video and that is what I made. The. Best. Decision!! My home smelled wonderful as it was cooking. My husband said it is a keeper!! I can't believe you've never tried Sister Schubert's rolls before. We always have them at holiday meals! My grandmother was from Kansas and she made her own yeast rolls. These remind me so much of hers.

Orzo meal suggestion: reserve a cup or half cup of pasta water [less or more depending how much "broth" you want in the meal] and add it to the pan when you incorporate the orzo. Much will be absorbed but may also get you more broth initially. Otherwise, ad a small amount of chix broth to the meal to get more "broth/sauce."
