For the bruschetta: I would recommend RUBBING a garlic clove on the toast itself, instead of chopping it. I feel it gives a smoother taste than... eating raw chopped garlic you know..
I really love garlic so eating it raw in something doesn't bother me but that's a good idea for people who don't enjoy that. I'm gonna guess he just really loves garlic too!
