Happy New Year Steve..Royal Blue by any chance? Somehow managed to miss you at the NEC . I went with a friend who only knew one make ......Ford!!!!so missed masses Cheers !.
Could you do a video on fitting/removing the hardtop on the Spitfire Mk3 please. Hardly any info online and I think I'm missing some fittings for mine so would really like to see how it goes on. Loving your content.
Hi Mick, yes it’s on the cards to do a video on this, it’s just right now I’m struggling to find the time to make the videos. It took me a lot of hunting around to get all the correct fixings for my Mk3 hardtop as no one makes anything for them. Once fitted it changes the dynamics of the car. Keep your eyes on the channel if I get some free time in the autumn I might make a video on it 👍
Would have liked more content this year, even a fleet update or two… looking forward to some Spitfire content and hopefully a completed project in 2024. Glad the Dolomite found a good home, but a “Goodbye” video would have been nice, not enough Dolomite content on RU-vid !
2023 was a very busy year for me, and I just didn't have the free time or spare cash to invest in making the RU-vid videos. However things are brighter now, and I can resume in making fresh content in 2024. As for the Dolomite, the car meant a lot to me, but the less said about it the better 👍
The Spitfire and the Rover are used all year round, however with the Tiger and the TR6, they are just started up every month, run up to warm, given a few blips of the throttle, then I go through a systems check, make sure all the electrics are all ok. And then I check all the brakes and clutch operates ok, and then that's it, I walk away. I might do a video on it soon 👍
@@SteveDentonClassics no problem Steve, I'd be happy to wait for a convenient time & travel to you at some point. I get the impression you're not far, I'll send a message on insta 👍😎
