In Middle Eastern and Indian cuisine we actually use rosewater of it in certain recipes and stuff so you can buy a really big bottle for like two dollars or three dollars at a Middle Eastern or Indian market and it's designed for consumption purposes so it's the real thing with nothing added
chintuness Thank you! I always recommend making your own protein shakes :) I use RAW by Garden of Life protein powder and then mix in fruits, almond milk, a little ice, etc.
As for me I just bring myself and a bottle of water to the gym . I dont even like to listen to music when i work out . I like to be in tune with my surroundings most times lol but I love watching these types of videos
On the bengay subject I hate the smell too. But I found these patches that help if it's sore. They're called Salon Pas and they do have a distinctive smell but it's not as bad as bengay

Yes please make a video about songs on your ipod because I always try to find new songs that will keep me going but the ones that I find always have something wrong with them, either they're not catchy or a horrible melody. My favorite workout song is 'watch me shine' by: Joanna Pacitti.:)
anya burtman I know exactly what you mean, some songs sounds like they would be great...but then they get too slow for my workouts! I will have to check out 'watch me shine' . One of my favs right now that i use in all my classes is, JACK U - Take U there ....so fun!

I am always in a pickle. I am allergic to nuts, so after I work out, I starve myself and I know that is not good. What are good alternatives to after workout snacks?
If you're not allergic to seeds, there are sunflower butters that are great with Apple. Protein is key after your workout so lunch turkey with lettuce like a wrap or protein shake is great. I also have recipes on my website ☺️
