Every time I watch a video I am reminded that you must be my fairy teacher mother! I actually bought this same backpack last year in gray! Pro Tip: DON’T ADJUST THE STRAPS WHILE THE BAG IS ON YOUR BACK! After six months of yanking on the straps to tighten them, one of the contraptions used to adjust snapped! I still love the bag and will either be getting mine fixed or buying another. I’m loving the black!

Thanks for sharing! I too have the Thirty-One bag and the shoulder pain is for real! This is a great idea! I also love the project case for papers and binder clips. I always have a thousand paper clips everywhere in my bag, from where they slide off. I'm starting week 3 of school with my third graders. Looking forward to seeing your room this year. Im going to be a freshman in college in September (majoring in early childhood/childhood education with a concentration in psychology) and I got a similar backpack from amazon (the only similar thing is the charger really) and I didn't know it had to be plugged into a power bank to work. I just though you kinda charged the back pack before hand. so that you for this video because you literally just saved my life lol.

Michaels has project cases too. Not exactly the same because it doesn’t have the buckle but I use them to bring papers back and forth. The michaels ones are $2-4 depending on the sales they are having.

I switched to a backpack last school year and I love it! I used to carry a 31 bag, but I put so much stuff in it that it was killing my shoulder. I decided to weigh it one day and found that it weighed 32 pounds! Using a backpack limits the amount of stuff I can carry and wearing it on both shoulders has really helped my shoulder pain. Using the Iris case to hold papers is genius! I usually use a folder but I like the idea of the Iris case better.

I had the same tote bag and i don’t want to say it caused all the neck pain (let’s be real it’s stress) but it didn’t help! I picked up the same style bag on amazon but a different “brand” Very similar. I have the grey! PLUS I really like to be more hands free when carrying all my other stuff to my car in the morning! 🙌🏼

For the water bottle situation you should get one of those flat water bottles that you can slide right into your bag they look little weird but I recommend it

I haven’t watched your video in a few months. I started a new job back in May and that turned out to be something that wasn’t making me happy. I was sad all the time and just didn’t want to go work. Not to mention I had a supervisor that wasn’t supportive and treated me not so great. I quit in late June and when the new school year started I went back to substitute teaching. It’s not easy. But I feel so much more happier and like I am back to being myself. The other job it was dark, bleak, and I often didn’t get to see the sunshine until late afternoon. It wasn’t good for me. But now though I am in a much better place and where I am meant to be for now. I don’t know what the future will hold, but at least I’m somewhere making a meaningful impact.

I just purchased some of your TPT products. I love watching your videos every week. For future TPT products, is there a way to could put a link in the TPT product description that would bring the buyer back to the RU-vid video that shows you using it or gives a visual to the buyer in a real life classroom. Since you have so amazing videos, I can't find the correct video for the products I like on TPT. Depends what subject you’d like to teach! I’m at uni now studying teacher training in languages, so it certainly helped me choosing Spanish GCSE which let me on to study Spanish A-Level and then Spanish at uni.

Unfortunately, because Daiso is a Japanese store, most places don't have one. She said she is a teacher in Maryland, and I doubt there is a Daiso in Maryland.

Does your power bank hold a charge if it's not being used? The ones I have seem to loose power if I charge them and don't use them right away so when I go to use them there dead. Lol
