Just got it today, after almost half a year of searching and waiting.. this model sold out quickly, but seems like it’s back in stock at some retailers. Cool piece definitely. Wear it with formal attire.

I like this watch in many ways! I hope a solar atomic version will be introduced in a few years (when the batteries on these dry out...). I think the instructional part of this video was very interesting aswell but deserves it's own video (which also makes easier to find for is, the viewrs).

I love the look of this. I nearly pulled the trigger, but didn’t in the end. It’s crying out for a better negative display and atomic/ solar capability with auto light, which would make it perfect!

Why not separate the resin bezel from the carbon core? i suppose its the screws on the side

Interesting. I order this watch last week as my first g shock. Trying to get my head around how it gets 200m water resistance when the case is screwed in like that.

It's the gasket o-ring that is the lifesaver.

@@WatchingCasio when I get the battery leg is 2 or 3 years time do I need it done by casio to replace the o ring and ensure it is still 200m rated?

@@Weakeyedominant You can absolutely replace it yourself. You just make sure the o-ring it sitting right before replacing the case back.

Use a wooden pin not a springbar tool, you can damage the watch.

Hey is the carbon core guard is durable ? Will it sustain the normal wear and tear or is it just hype? I have seen that it scratches easily!!

Yeah it's great. Most of it is hidden away inside the watch so even if you get a tiny scratch it will be on the bottom on your wrist. It's a non issue, and a great watch. No hype :)
