Is your dishwasher making a lot of noise when it runs? This video will take you through some of the common sounds that your dishwasher could be making, and help you diagnose the cause!
Grinding Sounds:
A grinding sound from your dishwasher could mean that you have something stuck in the chopper blade area of the dishwasher. To fix this issue, give the chopper blade area a thorough inspection, and dislodge any obstructions.
Thumping Sounds:
This is typically not a big deal, as the most common cause of a thumping noise is an item hanging down from the top rack and making contact with the spray arm. In this case, you should be able to re-load the offending item, and fix the issue. However, thumping noises could also be the result of a loose drain line that’s rattling around inside the dishwasher. Again, this can typically be secured easily.
Loud Buzzing:
